Church music group videos
During the first lockdown, our existing Music Group at St Chad’s, which played at the informal 4.15pm Sunday afternoon service, discovered the BandLab app. After a steep learning curve we provided three hymns and songs each week for a Sunday ‘Zoom at Noon’ service. A video of the service was uploaded to St Chad's Facebook page and this website. Singers from St Clement’s, also on South Bank, York, later joined the Group.
Once completed, the recording were added to an iMovie video. The words of each verse are arranged so that congregations on Zoom may both see the verses and hear the singing, and so join in.
We now have 27 videos ‘in ‘the public domain’ which may be used by anyone without attracting copyright fees.

If you really do like and use one or more, a small contribution to our appeal for step-free access into both Churches - St Clement's and St Chad's - would be excellent but by no means an expectation. If you'd like to donate:

Song List
Amazing Grace
A new commandment I give unto you
Breathe on me breath of God
Dear Lord and Father of Mankind
Forty Days and Forty Nights
Guide me thou redeemer
Holy, Holy, Holy
Jesus Christ is risen today
Jesus come for we invite you
Joy to the world
Just as I am
Kumbaya
Laudate Dominum
Let all mortal flesh
Lord enthroned in Splendour
Love Divine
Peace, perfect peace
Praise my Soul the King of heaven
Take my life and let it be
Tell out My Soul
The Angel Gabriel from Heaven came
The Lord is my song
Thine be the glory
Thou whose Almighty Word
We have a Gospel to proclaim
We Three Kings
When I survey the wondrous Cross
